2. About TradeLock

TradeLock LLC is a home services platform that connects homeowners with individually interviewed trade professionals. TradeLock does not perform home services directly. We act as a referral and coordination platform to match homeowners with qualified, verified trade partners.

3. SMS Communications — Use Cases and Consent

By providing your phone number and checking the consent checkbox on our quote request form, you expressly consent to receive automated and non-automated transactional SMS text messages from TradeLock LLC at (984) 231-8899. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services.

SMS message types sent by TradeLock include:

• Service Request Confirmation: Confirming receipt of your request.
• Trade Partner Notifications: Alerting professionals of assigned leads.
• Project Follow-Ups: Confirming contact and estimate delivery (10-minute and 7-day checks).
• Satisfaction Surveys: Requesting feedback after project completion.
• Operational Alerts: Compliance and capacity reminders for Trade Partners.

4. SMS Opt-Out & Help Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from TradeLock at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. To re-subscribe, reply START. Reply HELP at any time for assistance or call (984) 231-8899.

5. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply to all SMS communications sent and received. Message frequency varies based on service activity. TradeLock is not responsible for any charges applied by your mobile carrier.

6. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Mobile carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier.

7. Homeowner Terms

By submitting a request, you confirm you are the homeowner or authorized representative and that the information provided is accurate. You understand TradeLock is not a party to any service agreement between you and the matched trade professional.

8. Trade Partner Terms

All trade partners must complete a TradeLock interview, provide valid license and insurance documentation, and maintain active membership status. Trade partners agree to the 10-minute contact guarantee and 7-day estimate standard.

9. Lead List Policy

TradeLock does not purchase, rent, or use third-party or affiliate lead lists. All homeowner contacts have voluntarily submitted a service request through our website and provided express written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

TradeLock LLC provides a matching service and does not guarantee the quality, timeliness, or outcome of work performed by trade partners. Any disputes regarding quality of work are between the homeowner and the trade professional.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lee County, North Carolina.
